What you will receive:

Arrive and settle in, we will provide all of the required equipment for this session, you just need to bring a drink.

Receive a short introduction to your facilitators, an overview of Transformational Breath and instruction on the technique and what you might experience.
45 minutes of Transformational Breath®️ with the team from Simply Breathtaking before seamlessly transitioning into the meditative and therapeutic experience of a 55 minute sound bath with Scott from Connection to Self.

Your total experience time will be 2-2.5 hours.
