Breathing with Michelle has made a massive difference to myself. Yes we breathe everyday but it’s not always good breathing and by using the amazing skills she has Michelle shows you how to breathe in the good and let go of the bad. Sometimes the unknown brings the best experiences.
I was very nervous as to what to expect but Michelle was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I can’t believe that just through breathing it has made such a difference to my mood and outlook and how I deal with situations. I have felt so much happier since our session, I didn’t realise I was sad but now I feel much calmer and feel less agitated.
I really just thought this was a bit of fluffy stuff. How could breathing have any impact on me? Well, afterwards I felt zen. Not sure how else to describe it, it lasted about a week or so. The second time was almost spiritual. I can highly recommend giving it a go. Even if you’re a sceptic. I’m looking forward to more sessions soon.
