This is a perfect opportunity to reset, let go of limiting thoughts and beliefs, reduce stress, improve your mental and physical health, connect with your body and soul and integrate emotions…in short, it’s a chance to feel whole again and start your week with a fresh outlook.

Whether you’re looking for a practice that will give you inner peace or just want to take some time out from reality for an hour or two on a Sunday afternoon, this session is sure to get you there.

In this 2.5 hour workshop we will take you through the basics of Transformational Breath®, a conscious connected breathwork practice. You will find out what your breath pattern shows about your life and experiences, instruction on how to improve your breathing to get the results you want and a full 60 minute breathwork session.  

If you are curious about breathwork or have seen it recently on tv and want to try it for yourself this is the perfect workshop for you! Expect laughter, maybe expect tears, definitely expect surprising revelations and insights. 

All you need to bring is yourself and an open mind – and we will show you how you can reclaim the power that is within you! 

Your investment : £35 for the session

This session is open to everyone aged 16 upwards. For anyone who has breathed with us before, you are welcome to miss the introduction and join for the breathing. Please contact us after booking so we can discuss this with you.

Note:  Please bring with you a water bottle/drink and wear comfortable loose clothing (no skirts or dresses).  You may also like to bring a notepad and pen should you wish to make notes or journal.
