Sally and Michelle will guide you through a full Transformational Breath® session where you will use a conscious connected breathing technique, along with sound, acupressure, movement and sound that will help you unlock your full potential and achieve a deeper sense of peace and well-being.

All you need to bring is yourself and an open mind – and we will show you how you can reclaim the power that is within you! All equipment, blankets and pillows etc are provided by us. There is nothing for you to worry about, you can just come along and breathe.
Note: Please bring with you a water bottle/drink and wear comfortable loose clothing. You may also like to bring a notepad and pen should you wish to make notes or journal.
This session is open to everyone aged 16 upwards. For anyone who has breathed with us before, you are welcome to miss the introduction and join for the breathing, please email us after booking to discuss.
