Breathing Through Change, is a 2.5-hour journey designed to guide you through the powerful practice of Transformational Breath®. Throughout this session, we delve into conscious breathing’s profound impact on navigating life’s transitions, ultimately transforming challenges into opportunities.

This workshop is crafted to help you embrace change with resilience by turning moments of uncertainty into opportunities for growth and self-discovery. Moreover, by understanding the connection between your breath and your emotional state, you’ll learn to harness the power of your breath as a tool for navigating life’s ever-shifting landscapes.

What to Expect

  • Guided Breathwork Session (1 hour): Immerse yourself in a carefully guided one-hour Transformational Breath® session. Through a series of connected breath patterns, you’ll explore different aspects of your breath, releasing physical and emotional blockages, thus creating space for transformation.
  • Gentle Teaching and Reflection: We will engage in gentle teachings and reflections on the breath’s role in navigating change. During this process, you’ll gain insights and practical tools to apply conscious breathing in your daily life, fostering resilience and adaptability.
  • Safe and Supportive Environment: Our workshop provides a safe and supportive space for your personal exploration. Moreover, we are passionate about what we do and are dedicated to facilitating a nurturing environment for your journey.

Note:  All equipment, blankets and pillows etc are provided by us. There is nothing for you to worry about, you can just come along and breathe. Please bring with you a water bottle/drink and wear comfortable loose clothing.  You may also like to bring a notepad and pen should you wish to make notes or journal.

This session is open to everyone aged 16 upwards. For anyone who has breathed with us before, you are welcome to miss the introduction/instruction and join for the breathing session, please email us after booking to discuss.
