Breathing Through Change, is a 2.5-hour journey designed to guide you through the powerful practice of Transformational Breath®. Throughout this session, we delve into conscious breathing’s profound impact on navigating life’s transitions, ultimately transforming challenges into opportunities.
Change is an inevitable part of life, and how we navigate it can significantly influence our well-being. Moreover, by understanding the connection between your breath and your emotional state, you’ll learn to harness the power of your breath as a tool for navigating life’s ever-shifting landscapes.
Transformational Breath® is a dynamic and integrative breathing technique that goes beyond conventional methods. It engages the full respiratory system, releasing physical and emotional tension stored in the body. Through this practice, participants often report increased energy levels, reduced stress, improved mental clarity, and a heightened sense of overall well-being. The deep, connected breathwork facilitates emotional release, providing a safe space for processing and transforming challenges.

Note: All equipment, blankets and pillows etc are provided by us. There is nothing for you to worry about, you can just come along and breathe. Please bring with you a water bottle/drink and wear comfortable loose clothing. You may also like to bring a notepad and pen should you wish to make notes or journal.
This session is open to everyone aged 16 upwards. For anyone who has breathed with us before, you are welcome to miss the introduction/instruction and join for the breathing session, please email us after booking to discuss.
