The Transformational Breath Level IVB Facilitators’ Professional Program is the perfect blend of facilitation and coaching skills. This fully residential training program will help to develop your personal creative expression and confidence as you give and receive transformational breathwork and coaching experiences.
Levels I-III (or Seminar) and Level IVA are prerequisites for this Training.
The Training Team
International Senior Trainor Dr Nadja Benschop is a qualified and registered medical physician and has been teaching Transformational Breath® students for over 10 years. Nadja is the Chief Medical Officer for Transformational Breath®. The combination of medical knowledge, and a deep commitment to helping people find their inner freedom and full potential, gives Nadja a unique and incredibly supportive training style. Working with cancer patients in her private practice gives her the additional knowledge of breathing with cancer patients, which she willingly shares with anyone who is interested. As an experienced laughter yoga teacher she is also top of the game for breakstates!
Co-Trainer Sally Asquith has been a Transformational Breath® Group Leader since 2019 and is passionate about sharing the benefits of breathwork for the relief of PTSD and anxiety. She believes wholeheartedly in the power of the hug and will demonstrate at any given opportunity.
Michelle Messer, a certified Transformational Breath® facilitator with her own amazing story of recovery through breathwork, completes the training team with her one of a kind humour and exceptional organisation skills. Her secret talent is finding a song for any occasion and is known to spontaneously just add a song to a conversation.

This training is offered as a fully residential programme allowing us to retreat and focus on the learning. Arriving by 6pm on the 27th January we will then settle in and have dinner together. The course will then begin on the morning of Saturday 28th January and finish at approximately 4pm on Friday 3rd February 2023.
Nailcote Hall Hotel is a small English stately home built in 1640 and was a family home for over 300 years. Now an elegant 4 star spa hotel set in 15 acres of idyllic countryside it provid\es the high quality accommodation, fine dining, leisure facilities and stunning gardens you would expect from a luxury hotel. You will not be disappointed!
The training will be held in the exclusive use Pavillion Suite, which is separate from the main hotel, and rooms will be either single or shared twin ensuite. Breakfast, hearty delicious lunch and 3 course dinner and are all included each day, along with use of the spa and leisure facilities.
Berkswell is ideally placed close to Birmingham airport for international travellers, is close to Coventry railway links and the venue is easily accessible by car.
