Certified Transformational Breath® Trainer Sally Asquith has a love of weird and wonderful facts and is passionate about sharing the benefits of breathwork for the relief of PTSD and anxiety.
Michelle Messer, a Transformational Breath® Group Leader with her own amazing story of recovery through breathwork, completes the training team with her humour and exceptional organisation skills. Together they will gently guide you through 2 days of breathwork training where you can discover the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of this award winning self-help modality.

There are no pre-requisites, this weekend event is suitable for complete beginners and experienced breathers.
This Introductory training weekend is offered as a non residential programme in Hampton in Arden, Solihull. The venue is close to local train stations and numerous hotels are available within 2 miles.
We request you dress comfortably, no skirts of jeans please. We will provide snacks, we ask you to bring your lunch, journal or note book if you’d like to make notes and a water bottle.
