Welcome to our Introduction to Transformational Breath® workshop – Breathwork Newbury, serving as gateway to discovering the profound healing through conscious breathing. During this 3 hour session, Sally and Michelle invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery, exploring the fundamental principles and benefits of Transformational Breath®.
What is this Session About? This workshop serves as an entry point into the world of Transformational Breath®, offering a dynamic and integrative breathing technique. Throughout, we will guide you through the basics, laying a foundation for understanding how conscious breathwork positively influences your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Why is it Important? Breath is the essence of life, yet many of us underutilise its potential for healing and self-exploration. In fact many of us have a restricted breathing pattern, underutilising our respiratory system. This workshop is essential for those seeking a holistic approach to well-being, offering a valuable tool for managing stress, releasing tension, and fostering personal growth.

This Introduction to Transformational Breath® workshop – Breathwork Newbury is a stepping stone towards greater self-awareness and well-being. Whether you are new to breathwork or seeking to deepen your practice, Introduction to Transformational Breath® offers a welcoming space to explore the transformative potential within your breath. Join us for this enlightening experience and take the first breath towards a healthier, more vibrant you.
All you need to bring is yourself and an open mind 😁– and we will show you how you can reclaim the power that is within you! All equipment, blankets and pillows etc are provided by us. There is nothing for you to worry about, you can just come along and breathe.
Note: Please bring with you a water bottle/drink and wear comfortable loose clothing (not skirts or jeans). You may also like to bring a notepad and pen should you wish to make notes or journal.
This session is open to everyone aged 16 upwards. For anyone who has breathed with us before, you are welcome to miss the introduction and join for the breathing part of the workshop, please email us after booking to discuss.
The following cancellation charges applies:
Should you need to cancel within 14 days notice: 50% of ticket price a charge of 50% of ticket price is payable
If you cancel less than 3 days notice a charge of 75% of ticket price is payable
In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice the ticket is none refundable
