Breathwork is a transformative practice that can help you to connect with your body, mind and soul. Allowing you to release yourself from fear, anxiety, or lack of confidence. What if you could let go of limiting thoughts and beliefs and improve your mental and physical health .. and to do it all you only needed to breathe differently.  Your breath holds the power to do this and so much more.

In this 3 hour workshop we will take you through the basics of Transformational Breath®, a conscious connected breathwork practice. You will find out what your breath pattern shows about your life and experiences, instruction on how to improve your breathing to get the results you want and a full 60 minute breathwork session.  

If you are curious about breathwork or have seen it recently on tv and want to try it for yourself this is the perfect workshop for you! Expect laughter, maybe expect tears, definitely expect surprising revelations and insights. 

All you need to bring is yourself and an open mind – and we will show you how you can reclaim the power that is within you! 

Your investment : £35 for the session

This session is open to everyone aged 16 upwards. For anyone who has breathed with us before, you are welcome to miss the introduction and join for the breathing. Please contact us after booking so we can discuss this with you.

Note:  Please bring with you a water bottle/drink and wear comfortable loose clothing.  You may also like to bring a notepad and pen should you wish to make notes or journal.

Less than 3 days notice: 75% of ticket price
