Breathe and release
What would your life be like if you could release yourself from fear, anxiety, or lack of confidence. What if you could let go of limiting thoughts and beliefs and start a simple daily practice that improved your mental and physical health .. and to do it all you only needed to breathe differently.
In this workshop we will take you through the basics of Transformational Breath®, a conscious connected breathwork practice. You will receive a personal breath analysis to find out what your breath pattern shows about your life and experiences, instruction on how to improve your breathing to get the results you want and a full 60 minute facilitated breathwork session.
If you are curious about breathwork or have seen it recently on tv and want to try it for yourself this is the perfect workshop for you! This workshop is open to everyone over the age of 16.
All you need to bring is yourself and an open mind – and we will show you how to breathe and release! You should leave feeling calmer, less stressed and inspired.
Note: Please bring with you a water bottle/drink and wear comfortable loose clothing (leggings or joggers but not jeans or skirts). You may also like to bring a notepad and pen should you wish to make notes or journal.
If you have attended a workshop with us before, you are welcome to miss the introductory portion of the workshop and attend for the breathing session. Please contact us after booking your place so we can discuss the timings with you.
