Breathe and release

In this 3 hour workshop we will take you through the basics of Transformational Breath®, a conscious connected breathwork practice. You will receive a personal breath analysis to find out what your breath pattern shows about your life and experiences, instruction on how to improve your breathing to get the results you want and a full 60 minute breathwork session.
If you are curious about breathwork or have seen it recently on tv and want to try it for yourself this is the perfect workshop for you! Expect laughter, expect tears, expect surprising revelations and insights.
All you need to bring is yourself and an open mind – and we will show you how to breathe and release!
Note: Please bring with you a water bottle/drink and wear comfortable loose clothing. You may also like to bring a notepad and pen should you wish to make notes or journal.
