This Transformational Breath workshop in Solihull invites you into a powerful and supportive breathing experience where you will learn about and feel the benefits of Transformational Breath® a Conscious Connected Breathwork practice.
Through guided breathing, you will be supported to soften tension, release held emotions and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm, clarity and energy. This is an opportunity to slow down, breathe fully and experience what becomes possible when you consciously work with your breath.
Using Transformational Breath®, a conscious connected breathing technique, alongside sound, movement, acupressure and affirmations, we create a space to support emotional release, balance and wellbeing, hoping that you will feel safe, grounded and supported.
This workshop will include:
• A clear introduction to Transformational Breath®
• Breathing analysis, a technique unique to Transformational Breath® to explore how your breathing pattern may reflect how you are living life right now
• A fully facilitated 60 minute Transformational Breath® session
• Space to share, reflect and ask questions (completely optional)

This Transformational Breathwork workshop in Solihull is a gentle yet powerful stepping stone towards greater self awareness and wellbeing. Whether you are new to breathwork or returning to deepen your connection, you are warmly welcomed into this space to explore the true power of your breath.
All you need to bring is yourself and an open mind. We provide all equipment including mats, blankets and pillows, so you can simply arrive, settle in and breathe.
Numbers are limited as we work with smaller groups to ensure each participant receives personal support throughout the session.
Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable loose clothing. Skirts and jeans are not recommended. You may also wish to bring a notepad and pen for reflection or journalling.

If you have not breathed with us before or if it has been a long time and you can’t quite remember what you need to do in the session then please book the Workshop Ticket. You can then arrive for 4.00pm and expect to finish by 7.00pm
If you have breathed with us before, you are welcome to come just for the breathing session and miss the instructional workshop. We call this Breath Club. So please book the Breath Club Ticket. You can then arrive at the venue for 5.20pm. We will then begin the breathing at around 5.30pm but with limited instruction given.
By attending this workshop, you assume full responsibility for your health and well-being during and after the session. You may wish to consult your healthcare practitioner or reach out to us to discuss attending, if you have any of the following conditions:
A history of cardiovascular disease, angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, aneurysms, retinal detachment, pregnancy, significant recent physical injuries or surgery, severe mental illness or seizure disorders

Should you cancel within 14 days notice: 50% of ticket price a charge of 50% of ticket price is payable
If you cancel less than 3 days notice a charge of 75% of ticket price is payable
In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice the ticket is none refundable
